Food and Fizz with Forte is for anyone who loves sparkling wine and good food!
On Friday the 10 February we will be opening our doors specially in the evening for 2017’s Winchester Cocktail Week.
Our amazing Head Chef, Olly Biggs, has teamed up with Hattingley Valley and created a mouthwatering 4 course menu designed to be served with their delicious sparkling wines.
Home cured & smoked salmon, dill, beetroot, cucumber, apple
Goats cheese croquette, dill, beetroot, cucumber, apple (v)
Hattingley Valley Classic Cuvée
Pan roasted guinea fowl, black pudding croquette, fondant potato, carrot & kale
Mushroom arancini, king brown, quail egg, pickled shallots, watercress (v)
Apple sorbet & crumble (v)
Hattingley Valley Blanc De Blancs
Chocolate orange mousse, blood orange granita, chocolate soil (v)
Hattingley Valley White Admiral Blood Orange Mimosa
The evening will start at 7pm with dinner being served at 7.30pm. We will also have the lovely Will from Hattingley Valley speaking about wine pairings and what makes a good fizz!
